Privacy notice

What we collect

Your account (email, password — stored only as a hash), your business details (name, contact person, phone, region, sector), your answers to the diagnostic and check-ins, and — only if you enter the Deal Room — the documents you choose to upload.

How we use it

To score your fit for different kinds of funding, recommend a capital mix, match you to funders and grants, and — if you opt in — keep that picture up to date and alert you to opportunities. Scores are calculated by fixed rules, not by an AI model.

Who sees it

Our advisors. Funders only ever see an anonymous summary (sector, region, age band, score bands, freshness) — and only if you allow it. Your name and contact details are shared with a funder only when you approve that specific introduction and an advisor has checked it. Uploaded documents are never shown to funders directly, and every access to them is logged.

Where it is kept

In our database hosted by Supabase (EU region) and encrypted backups on Cloudflare R2 (EU).

Your rights

You can see, correct or ask us to delete your data, and withdraw consent for anonymous listing at any time from your profile, or by contacting us.
